We currently have two production lines for pre-painted steel coils: total an annual capacity of approximately 300,000 tons, producing pre-painted steel coil in thicknesses from 0.12 mm to 2.0 mm and widths from 30 mm to 1250 mm; one line for galvanized steel coil, the capacity is approximately 100,000 tons,producing galvanized steel coil in thicknesses from 0.12 mm to 2.0 mm and widths from 30 mm to 1250 mm; and one for galvalume steel coils, with a capacity of approximately 100,000 tons thicknesses from 0.12 mm to 2.0 mm and widths from 30 mm to 1250 mm. These lines utilize South Korea's advanced manufacturing techniques and an automated control system.
