Pre Coated GI Sheet

Pre coated GI sheet is the plates that take cold rolled steel plates, zinc/alu-zinc steel sheets as substrate. And the substrate is firstly under pretreatment (degrease and chemical treatment). Then it’s followed by being coated with one layer or multi-layer liquid coatings with different colors via roller painting. And finally being roasted and cooled down.

Any detail can lead to quality flaw of pre coated GI sheet. The Quality Control Department of our company adheres to the principle of quality first and carefully supervises the production quality, involving the selection of each substrate, every production process, rolling-up, package and loading.
