In the sales process, under the premise that the client don’t indicate the specific coating, the general default refers to the PE color coated steel coil.
PE color coated steel coil in the domestic utilization rate can up to 95% or more, and among the market sales color coated steel coil, 98% are the PE color coated steel coil.
PE coating has good adhesiveness and flexibility for texture, but pretty sensitive for the wet environment. The color coated steel coil is easy to processing molding, inexpensive and has rich products and large choice of color and gloss. In the common directly exposed environment, the anti-corrosion years of substrate will lengthen out to 7-8 years.
But in the industrial environment or the region with serious pollution, its service life will be relatively reduced. The polyester coating are not good for UV resistance and coating resistance to oxidation, so the use of polyester coating still has some limit, and generally use in the area that air pollution is not serious or the products need forming and processing.
