Problems of the matt color coated steel production process.
1. Coil collapsing :The surface is very rough with little smooth finish ,more heave and heavier lines. It likes the lints but it has more heaves and heavier lines. The touch area between the heaves is at the 50% of the smooth products. It makes the friction and tensility less.
