E. Color steel plate installation and fixing

The laying order of colored steel plates is in principle from top to bottom, starting from the direction of the year-end wind tail.

a) Roofing

1) Use the gable as the starting point, and lay in order from left to right (or the same right to left).

2) After the first board installs, pull the guideline along the lower edge of the board, and install each board according to the guideline. Check at any time to avoid deviation.

3) Self-tapping screws use on the laying surface to fix the ribs along the center of each plate rib.

b) Close

1) The joints of the edge trims of the roof (including tiger windows) must be fixed with aluminum rivets and waterproof with waterproof glue.

2) The self-tapping screw head and aluminum nail head of the flat edge of the roof shall be prevented by the water-proof glue.

3) The ridges and cornices (including tiger windows) must be paved with mountain-shaped foam PE sealing strips.

The roof seal with 1 thick finished color steel tile and fixed with waterproof self-tapping screws.

4) The fixing method of the sideboard construction. If it needs to change according to the on-site measurement, the drawing after confirmation shall prevail.

c) The construction principle is the same as the self-tapping screw construction method, only the board fixing method change (with a fixed seat), and its fixing method:

1) The first fixing seat in the first row fixes to the leftmost side of the purlin with self-tapping screws, and then the reference line is drawn on the purlin elastic line,

and then the same row of fixing seats fix.

2) The ribs of the first plate are aligned with the ribs of the fixing base, and the pressure is clamped to check whether the buckle is correct.

3) Fasten the short arm of the fixing base to the first paved rib of the panel, construct it according to the method mentioned above, and adjust the level.
