Colour GI sheet uses top composite technology to highly integrate steel with peritoneum which is bright in color. It unities good performances of many materials.
Generally, chemicals used for the degreasing of colour GI sheet is universal in various crafts. Yet, chemicals used for transform film treatment are different. Here CAMELSTEEL introduce five common technologies.
1. Phosphorization technology used for steel, zinc coating and aluminum.
2. Complexing oxidation technology used for zinc coating.
3. Chromaking technology used for aluminum and al-zn alloy.
4. Chromic acid phosphorization technology used for aluminum.
5. Non-chromic acid technology used for aluminum.
These transform films shall be washed with water and then retreated after generated, so as to remove residue in surface. The postprocessing of most transform films shall be based on chromic acid. After postprocessing, color coated steel coil shall pass through hot-wind device or drying channel to dry the transform film in the surface.
