If the set point of furnace temperature is too low, the strip and the roller in the export section of the production line will occur adhesion phenomenon. That is, the coating failed to completely cure.
These situation will all occur when the actual values of the furnace temperature and the ideal value of the coating solidification have a big difference. If the difference between the two is not too large, most people can not judge whether the furnace temperature is ideal by the appearance of the coating.
In order to solve this problem, CAMELSTEEL is generally equipped with a testing station at the exit of the color coated production line. The color coated steel plate is checked online with a solvent-resistant scratch test to adjust solidified value of oven temperature.
Rubbed with a solvent-resistant to check the degree of cure of the oven. Whether the coating after rubbing for 100 times has the shedding phenomenon can be used for the standard. If there has the shedding phenomenon with less than 100 times, it proves that the furnace temperature is low. It can be up-regulation overall. If more than 100 times, then the coating curing effect is good.
But when it’s too dry, the T bend test value will be effected. Because the coating is easy to produce embrittlement. And low furnace temperature will affect the pencil hardness test value. Therefore, in actual production, the above several test values should be controlled based on user requirements or product uses.
In addition, when it is found that the coating surface of the product is not smooth and has small stripes, it should be judged as unsatisfactory leveling property. As the natural leveling section has been fixed after putting into operation of the production line equipment.
Then only can adjust the first temperature control section. That is, the furnace temperature of the solvent evaporation section down to improve leveling property. In addition, for high-speed production lines, because of its longer furnace, users can also take the method that set back the maximum temperature section. And extend the evaporation section to improve the leveling property.
